The studio recommends viewing a sample of fabric before ordering yardage. Samples for fabrics can be ordered online here.
Minimum order policy
There is a minimum order of 1mt for all fabric orders.
Shipping + lead times
All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Shipping costs within Australia are between $15-$45 depending on weight and volume. International shipping starts at $35.
Lead times for all custom and fabric orders are between 3-6 weeks.
Ready made items can take 1-2 weeks to be delivered depending on shipping location and services.
Our textiles are made with natural fibres. Irregularities, slubs, bars and variations in weave are not considered defective but part of the character that makes our collections special. These character markings will not be considered as returns or refunds. If you have concern that there are flaws within your order please contact us within 7 days of receipt, no claims can be accepted after this period. Note! Once items have been cut and or manufactured no returns or fault claims can be accepted.
Fabric by the metre and cushion covers can be hand and or machine wash separately in cold water using a delicates cycle and gentle laundry liquid.
A small amount of dye may colour the water, especially in the first few washes.
Fabrics can be dry cleaned, with this is the preferred method of cleaning if fabrics are being used as drapes or roman blinds.
For the softest drape, dampen dry linen with water mist from a spray bottle, then iron on a medium to high setting.
