For my 30th birthday I was gifted a set of cards detailing walking trails around Victoria. At the time, we were amidst the third house move for the year, so it wasn't until I was unpacking at our new place in Healesville that I felt settled enough to start thinking about exploring new places and having time again on weekends not taken over by packing, moving, unpacking and all the things that go with it.

These are the top places I'm looking forward to walking in 2019, probably at the start of Autumn when the days above 35 degrees have subsided:

1. O'Shannassy Aqueduct Trail (Yarra Ranges)

2. Sugarloaf Reservoir (Yarra Valley)

3. Lake Mountain Day Loop (Yarra Valley)
